TRANSWESTERN INVESTMENT GROUP PARTNERSHIP TO DEVELOP 336-UNIT MULTIFAMILY PROJECT IN AUSTIN

(FEB. 22, 2021 – AUSTIN, TEXAS) – Transwestern Investment Group (TIG®) announces it is partnering with Stanmore Partners to develop Stanmore Warner Ranch, a 336-unit multifamily project at 2630 S. A.W. Grimes Blvd. in Round Rock, Texas.

“We believe the asset’s location near major employment centers in North Austin and Round Rock and accessibility from major thoroughfares make Stanmore Warner Ranch an attractive investment opportunity,” said Greg Laczkowski, Managing Director at TIG. “Those attributes, coupled with Stanmore Partners’ history of delivering successful, Class A multifamily projects, will provide renters with a high-quality community at a rent level that compares well with surrounding properties.”

With seven garden-style buildings, the property will offer tenants a high-end community amenity package including a resident lounge, business center, fitness center, resort-style swimming pool, courtyards with outdoor seating and a dog park. Interior units will feature a Class A finish-out consisting of custom shaker-style kitchen cabinetry, chrome hardware, hard-surface countertops, stainless steel appliances, wood-style flooring, and washer/dryer sets. The four-story buildings are served by elevators and air-conditioned corridors, with ample parking in a combination of surface, tuck-under and garage spaces.

Situated along the Interstate 35 corridor at the intersection of South A.W. Grimes Boulevard and State Highway 45, Stanmore Warner Ranch is well-positioned near several of North Austin’s top employers, including Dell’s world headquarters, Emerson Process Management, St. David’s Round Rock Medical Center, Baylor Scott & White Medical Center, Apple, Samsung and more. The property provides residents with convenient access to several retail destinations, including Round Rock Premium Outlets, University Commons, University Oaks, La Frontera and The Domain. The large amount of nearby employment and entertainment could attract a talented and high-earning resident base seeking high-quality living options.

Stanmore Partners has developed more than 1,900 units of Class A, luxury residences in Texas and Florida since 2013. The first units of the project are slated for delivery in second quarter 2022.
